Usually have to wait in line. I try to use the Slater-Marietta Post Office instead.
Refused to cash their own postal money order. Michelle is always rude, they act you are interrupting them. GO to bank of TR, they will be nice and professional.
i ship first class packages every day. 10 to 20 a day.never had that problem before
nobody care about customer service
They hold Sure Post and Smart Post packages hostage, I can track my packages from UPS and Fedex to the post office, then they claim they don't have them and can't track them, then if you're lucky they don't loose them you get it the next day, i actually saw a box of mine, they shoved it away and said it wasn't mine! and the next day the same box was dropped off @ my house...I'm thinking of pulling my mail box up and taking a PO Box from UPS. I wish i could give a minus star rating.........
I've only had to come here once, but the front lady was nice to me and she was waaayyyyy nicer to me than ANY USPS employee in Columbia by a million miles. But the USPS could remodel the place to get it out of the 80s so it doesn't look so dreary. I would hate myself if I had to work there.
